Fall Leaf Drive

Our fall drive, planned by Bob Thomas and Dick LeClair,
took us into the "wilds" of Tennessee - well at least into
the Mennonite countryside. We headed north on highway
127 through Clarkrange, then onto Martha Washington road.
Then to a corner that has a large white house on the South
West corner and a bunch of signs on the North East corner.
This is Camp Ground road which turns into Muddy Pond road.
At Muddy Pond we did a little shopping (I'm glad the car is
small), ate lunch at the Country Porch, then headed home by
way of Jim Garret road, Mayland Loop and finally Hwy 70
and Crossville. It was a good drive though the temperature
never got above 53 degrees.

Downtown Muddy Pond
(It may be small, but it has more buildings than Luckenbach, TX)

Parking safely in downtown Muddy Pond.

Sorry, no photos of Charlie cleaning the oil off his TD after driving to Muddy Pond with his oil filler cap dangling by its chain.

Crossville Cruise-In
October 25th was a busy day - Pat Bunnell's "39th" birthday and a cruise-in. This was the last Crossville cruise-in for the year. While our club didn't have a large number of participants, we were there. And we had a good time.
